Rat der Kärntner SlowenenCouncil of Carinthian Slovenes (Rat der Kärntner Slowenen), pluralistic representative body for Carinthian Slovenes. Its central institution is the Volksgruppentag (Congress of Ethnic Minorities) with 60 members; its members are elected by secret and personal ballot by the members of the Slovene minority. Legal domicile in Klagenfurt.
