MariathalMariathal, Tirol, village in the district of Kufstein, alt. 525 m, situated on the Brandenberger Ache, a stream which enters the River Inn near Mariathal; part of the municipality of Kramsach. Parish church (formerly church of the Dominican nuns), founded in 1267, convent abolished in 1782, church rebuilt between 1680 and 1682, Baroque high altar (late 17th century), Lady Chapel with altar (around 1730) and Late Gothic miraculous representation of the Virgin (around 1500), valuable organ (1736). Mariathal is situated near Lake Krummsee and Lake Reintalersee.
