Ditters von Dittersdorf, composed for the theatre from 1782 onwards, from 1786 music director and composer at the Theater in der Leopoldstadt in Vienna, from 1807-1813 at the Deutsche Oper in Prague, 1813-1830 worked with F. Raimund and A. Bäuerle again at the Theater in der Josefstadt.
