Vienna, March 3, 1879, third eldest of the F. sisters (Anna Fröhlich, Barbara F., Josephine Fröhlich); F. Grillparzer's "eternal bride". In 1849 Grillparzer lodged with the F.-sisters (1st district of Vienna, Spiegelgasse 21), who cared for him until his death in 1872, and to whom he left all his possessions. F. established the Grillparzer Prize and the "F. Sisters Foundation" to support needy artists and scholars in 1879. F. entrusted Grillparzer's estate to the City of Vienna in 1872. Literature: J. A.
