Camerata Academica SalzburgCamerata Academica Salzburg, chamber orchestra, founded in 1952 by B. Paumgartner. In 1978 S. Végh became its artistic director and had a decisive influence on the style of the orchestra. The C. A. S. regularly gives concerts and performs operas at festivals such as the Salzburger Mozartwoche and Salzburg Festival. Frequently on tour in Austria and abroad.
