Bottoli, Oskar


Bottoli, Oskar, b. Vienna, Nov. 16, 1921, d. Vienna, Sept. 19, 1995, sculptor. 1945-1953 first student of F. Wotruba at the Vienna Academy of Fine Arts. His work incorporates romanesque grotesque features and is filled with intensive sensuality.


Work: Weiblicher Torso, 1964; Dicke Margot (after F. Villon), 1965; reliefs about Don Quijote and Sancho Pansa
