Livingroom of Haydn's birthplace
The big livingroom is kept fairly original. A rafter beam shows the initials M.H. (Martin Hoffmann) and the date 1810, which does not indicate the date of building, but the renovation of the room. The rural stove dates from the early 19th century, above it is a kind of clothes dryer (using the heat of the stove). The cupboard with the 4 seasons is from 1797.
