Zoller, Josef AntonZoller, Josef Anton, b. Klagenfurt (Carinthia), Feb. 11, 1730, d. Hall in Tirol, Feb. 21, 1791, painter, son of Anton Zoller, brother of Franz Karl Zoller; started out as his father's assistant (at Telfes, Schmirn and Mutters) but later created numerous works of his own in the Tyrol, for example at Abfaltern (around 1769), at Neustift im Stubaital (1772), at Absam (1780); also painted altar pieces at Lienz, Absam, Ranggen and Weerberg (all in Tyrol).
