Vienna, Nov. 15, 1922, painter and caricaturist, son of the painter Josef Z. Studied at the School of Arts and Crafts in Vienna, made faiences and enamel ware, became especially known for numerous magazine illustrations ("Floh"; "Wiener Witzblatt"; "Lustige Blätter", Berlin; "Fliegende Blätter", München).
