Vienna, June 6, 1967, veterinary surgeon, professor at the Veterinary University in Vienna. 1920 head of the Department of milk hygiene and alimentary science, vice-chancellor from 1935-1937. Contributed to the publication of the Austrian Codex Alimentarius (Food Standard).
