Wobisch, HelmutWobisch, Helmut, b. Vienna, Oct. 25, 1912, d. Vienna, Feb. 20, 1980, musician (trumpeter). Studied chemistry; member of the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra from 1939 (1952-1968 director), Professor at the College of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna from 1953; Founded the Carinthischer Sommer Festival in 1969.
