Tachov, Czech Republic (then Tachau), Nov. 23, 1927, conservative politician and grandson of Prince Alfred (I) of Windisch-Graetz. Was Prime Minister of a coalition government consisting of leftist and catholic-conservative parties and Polish members from Nov. 11, 1893 to June 10, 1895; member of the Upper chamber of the Reichsrat from 1879 (Chairman from 1897-1918).
