Wiener ZeitungskriegVienna Newspaper War, violent quarrel on the Viennese boulevard newspaper market from March 12, to March 23, 1958, during which F. Molden wanted to compete with the Bildtelegraf, which was being printed in his printing shop, by founding the "Bild Telegramm" (name changed to "Neues Bild Telegramm", "Wiener Bild-Depesche" etc.). The "Bildtelegraf" was finally taken over by the "Kurier". The "Bild-Telegramm" was discontinued on March 23, the "Bildtelegraf" on July 27, 1958. The "Express" emerged in the wake of the Vienna Newspaper War.
