WeltpresseWeltpresse, daily newspaper published by the information service of the British occupation troops in Vienna and Graz from 18 September, 1945; detailed foreign coverage was possible owing to the connection with the British news services; From 1 September, 1950, until 28 February, 1957, the Weltpresse paper was published by the "Welt am Montag-Zeitungsverlag" publishing house, which was ideologically close to the Austrian Socialist Party, SPÖ, ("Welt am Abend", "Welt am Montag"), and from then by F. Molden´s "Presse-Verlag"; publication was stopped on 25 March, 1958.
