Welt am AbendWelt am Abend, name of a daily newspaper in Vienna founded by the French occupying power on October 1, 1946 and taken over by the "Welt am Montag-Zeitungsverlagsgesellschaft" publishing company, which had close links with the Austrian Social Democratic Party, on March 1, 1948. Discontinued on October 30, 1948.
