Urbanitzky, Grete vonUrbanitzky, Grete von, b. Linz (Upper Austria), July 9, 1893, d. Geneva (Switzerland), Nov. 4, 1974, author of novels and narratives, translator, journalist. In 1933 initiated the division of the Austrian P. E. N.-Club; in her work she dared to deal with female homosexuality.
