Unabhängigkeit ÖsterreichsIndependence, Austrian: The Republic of Austria was re-established through the proclamation of the Provisional Government on April 27, 1945. Her sovereignty was limited until July 27, 1955 (when the AustrianState Treaty entered into force), by the Occupation Statute (Control Agreements of July 4, 1945 and of June 28, 1946); since then some provisions of the State Treaty have imposed minor limitations on Austria as a sovereign state.
