Unabhängigkeit der RichterIndependence of the Judiciary: Persons appointed judges are independent in the exercise of their function, i.e. they are not bound by instructions (exception: matters of judicial administration). The independence of the judges is safeguarded by their being neither removable from office nor transferable.
