Tiroler TageszeitungTiroler Tageszeitung, newspaper founded on July 6, 1945: from July to November 1945. The publication of the Tiroler Tageszeitung was controlled by the Allied forces (initially by U.S. later by French forces (July 10, 1945)); since November 15, 1945 an independent newspaper). Since 1946 it has been owned by the publishing house J. Moser (Schlüssel-Verlag, Innsbruck), 45 % went to the German publishers Axel-Springer-Verlag in 1989, which in 1991 increased to 65 %. Circulation in 1998: 111,000.
