TAG, Landeck Textil AGTAG, Landeck Textil AG, formerly, leading producers of high-count yarn, located at Landeck (Tirol), founded as branch of the Swiss textile company J. & F. Paravicini (at Schwanden since 1822) in 1901 because customs duties in Austria were lower than in Switzerland. First spinning mill in Europe with spinning machines powered by independent electric drives. It was enlarged in 1934/1935 by the establishment of company-owned bleaching and dyeing works. Merged with Colana Textil AG in 1994.
