Steurer, MariaSteurer, Maria, b. Eisentratten near Gmünd (Carinthia), June 19, 1892, d. Klagenfurt (Carinthia), July 11, 1979, writer. Wrote popular regional and women´s novels, mostly set in her home province; best known for her novel "Eva Faschaunerin" (1948). Further works: novels, narratives, radio plays, poems.
