Sieczynski, RudolfSieczynski, Rudolf, b. Vienna, Feb. 23, 1879, d. Vienna, May 5, 1952. Writer and composer, full-time civil servant in Lower Austria. President of the Austrian Society of Composers (Komponistenbund) from 1925-1930, from 1930-1938 and from 1947-1949 with J. Marx; widely-known for his song "Wien, Wien, nur du allein" (1912).
