Ringel, FranzRingel, Franz, b. Graz (Styria), April 1, 1940, painter and graphic artist. 1960-1965 studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna; from 1968 member of the group of artists called "Wirklichkeiten", which also included P.
