Rahner, Hugo, b. Pfullendorf (Germany), May 3, 1900, d. Munich (Germany), Dec. 21, 1968, Catholic ecclesiastical historian, patrologist, Jesuit; brother of Karl Rahner. Important expert on St. Ignatius; 1937-1966 Professor at Innsbruck University, 1949/50 Rector.
