Pevny, Wilhelm


Pevny, Wilhelm, b. Wallersdorf (Germany), June 15, 1944, dramatist, narrative writer and scriptwriter. Author of experimental plays, like "Flipper" (1968), "Oedip Entsinnung" (1969) and "Maß für Maß" (1969); 1973 author for the provincial theatre "Westfälisches Landestheater" in Castrop-Rauxel. Wrote with P. Turrini the script for the socio-critical TV-series "Alpensaga" (6 parts, 1976-1979; director: D. Berner). His novel "Trance" was published in 1999.
