Peilstein im MühlviertelPeilstein im Mühlviertel, Upper Austria, market town in the district of Rohrbach im Mühlkreis, alt. 584 m, pop. 1,672, area 23.31 km2, situated on the river Kleine Mühl, in the northern part of Mühlviertel Region. - Predominantly agricultural, some building enterprises, wood processing. - Early Classicistic hall church (1770) with altarpiece by A.
