PassailPassail, Styria, market town in the district of Weiz, alt. 653 m, pop. 1,832, area 13.78 km2, summer tourism centre situated on the banks of Upper Raab, in the Graz Hill Country. - Leisure activities centre, DIY shop, wood processing, underwear factory, building companies. - Deanery church in Gothic style (documented mention in 1240, rebuilt in the 17th century, choir 1667) with frescoes by J. A. Mölk; St. Anna church (1510) on Lindenberg Mountain (alt. 726 m) with high altar in auricular style (mid 17th century).
