PaneuropaPan-Europa; R. N. Coudenhove-Kalergi founded the Pan-European Movement in Vienna in 1923. The aim of this movement was to unite the European states. Its international organisation is the Pan-European Union. In its declaration of principles, the organisation calls for the foundation of a Greater Europe based on liberal, social and Christian principles (1973). The president of the international Pan-European Union is Otto Habsburg-Lothringen.
