Montluisant, JohannMontluisant, Johann, b. Boucoigne (Belgium), 1768, d. Vidnava, Czech Republic (then Weidenau), Aug. 9, 1816, Officer. On Nov.8, 1805 with the help of the voluntary Vienna Deutschmeister (former Austrian military regiment) held up the French during the Napoleonic Wars before they reached Mariazell, until the treasures of this place of pilgrimage had been brought to safety.
