Lisola, Baron Franz Paul von, b. Salins (France), Aug. 22, 1613, d. Vienna, Dec. 13, 1674, Imperial diplomat, 1672-1673 delegate to the Hague, the most determined opponent of France among the contemporary Imperial diplomats.
