Lingens, Peter MichaelLingens, Peter Michael, b. Vienna, Aug. 8, 1939, journalist; 1970 co-founder of the political magazine "profil", until 1987 its chief editor and publisher; 1989 to 1993 publisher and co-managing director of the newspaper "Wirtschaftswoche". From January 1993 to 1994 one of the chief editors of the daily newspaper "Der Standard", a columnist for the paper from 1994-1996, from 1996 guest lecturer at the European Journalism Centre at Donau-Universität Krems university.
