Lehár, Anton Freiherr vonLehár, Baron Anton von, b. Sopron, Hungary (then Ödenburg), Feb. 21, 1867, d. Vienna, Nov. 12, 1962, regular officer, brother of Franz Lehár, royalist Hungarian colonel. In World War I awarded the title of Theresienritter for his services, drafted the last order for the imperial army. Commanded the so-called "white" troops opposing the annexation of Burgenland to Austria and supported the attempt to restore King Karl to the throne of Hungary (Oct. 22-24, 1921); later lived in Austria.
