Krämer, Johann VictorKrämer, Johann Victor, b. Adamov, Czech Republic (then Adamsthal), Aug. 23, 1861, d. Vienna, May 6, 1949, painter. Studied at the Vienna School of Arts and Craft, then at the Vienna Academy of Fine Arts. From 1890 travelled to many countries including the Netherlands, North Africa, Egypt and Palestine. Member of the Secession and Hagenbund (artists' association). Painted portraits and landscapes, also religious subjects. Literature: ÖBL.
