KönigswiesenKönigswiesen, Upper Austria, market town in the district of Freistadt, alt. 610 m, pop. 3,087, area 73.41 km2, situated on the River Große Naarn in the eastern Mühlviertel region, main sources of income: tourism and agriculture.- Haus der Jugend youth hostel; electricity generating station, dairy, retail businesses.- Parish church (14th century to 1520), 2-aisled hall church with remarkable net vault and jumping vault (around 1520), a major building of the Austrian Late Gothic period, neo-Gothic interior.
