Koch, LudwigKoch, Ludwig, b. Vienna, Dec. 13, 1866, d. Vienna, Nov. 26, 1934, painter, sculptor and illustrator. Member of the "Siebener Club" ("Club of Seven"), an artists´ association consisting mainly of architects (among them J. Hoffmann, J. M. Olbrich and J. Urban) Famous for his paintings of horses, also painted scenes from Vienna and war themes. Edited several collections of landscape paintings and was illustrator on the comic magazine "Der Faun".
