Gruppe 80Gruppe 80 ("Group 80"), Viennese theatre company, founded by members of C. H. Meyer´s troupe "Die Komödianten" ("The Comedians"). Artistic managers Helmut Wiesner and Helga Illich; have had their own theatre since 1983 in Mariahilf (6th district of Vienna); main focus is on a modern approach to popular plays of traditional Viennese theatre, e.g. plays by F. Raimund, J. Nestroy, Ö. von Hórvath.
