Glossy, KarlGlossy, Karl, b. Vienna, March 7, 1848, d. Vienna, Sept. 9, 1937, theatre and literature historian, father of Blanka Glossy. Director of the Vienna Municipal Library and the Vienna City Museum; pioneered theatre and literary research (first to conduct archive research). Works: J.
