Bohemian Regent of the Empire of Ladislaus Postumus in 1452. Elected King of Bohemia on March 2, 1458 after L.P.'s death (Nov. 23, 1457), recognised by Emperor Friedrich III and, in return, supported him during the siege of the castle of Vienna in 1462.
