Gaßl-Tropfsteinhöhle

Gaßl Cave, Upper Austria, show cave east of Ebensee, in the Gaßlkogel mountain (alt. 1,411 m); cave entrance (and mountain refuge) at alt. 1,235 m, most important stalactite cave in Upper Austria. Unlike many other alpine caves, conditions in the cave still favour relatively rapid dripstone growth.
