Gamsjäger, HeinzGamsjäger, Heinz, b. Donawitz (Styria), June 30, 1932, chemist. 1975-2000 professor of inorganic and physical chemistry at the University of Mining and Metallurgy in Leoben. Awarded the Erwin Schrödinger Prize of the Austrian Academy of Sciences in 1995. Works: especially essays about the thermodynamics of ion reactions and the kinetics of oxygen exchange reactors.
