FußFuß (German for foot [part of the body]; also "Schuh"), unit of length derived from the length of the human foot, 0.316 m, divided into Zoll (= 2.63 cm). Six Fuß make up a Klafter, measuring 1.894 m (according to an original model Klafter in the Historisches Museum der Stadt Wien).
