Eckardt, Siegfried Gotthilf genannt Koch


Eckardt, Siegfried Gotthilf (called Koch), b. Berlin (Germany), Oct. 26, 1754, d. Alland (Lower Austria), June 11, 1831. Actor and director; from 1798 character actor (tragedies and comedies) at the Burgtheater in Vienna; his autograph album from 1773, which represents a very valuable piece of theatre history, now belongs to the Austrian Theatre Museum in Vienna.
