Czuber, EmanuelCzuber, Emanuel, b. Prague (Czech Republic), Jan. 19, 1851, d. Gnigl near Salzburg, Aug. 22, 1925. Mathematician, from 1891 to 1919 professor at Vienna University of Technology, introduced the actuarial theory programme in 1894; researched probability theory and its applications in the insurance field.
