Czigan, FranceCzigan, France, b. Zizke (Slovenia), Sept. 18, 1908, d. Ljubljana, Slovenia (then Laibach), Feb. 23, 1971, Slovenian folk musicologist, teacher and priest. Taught at the Slovenian secondary school in Klagenfurt from 1957. Collected and published Slovenian folk songs, sagas and descriptions of customs in Carinthia; numerous publications.
