Cohrssen, HansCohrssen, Hans, b. Neustadt an der Weinstraße (Germany), Sept. 19, 1905, d. Frankfurt am Main (Germany), Jan. 10, 1997, economist, 1926 emigrated to the USA; 1945 as radio officer of the US armed forces in Austria he founded (and until March 1946 was head of) the US army radio station Red-White-Red in Salzburg, helped set up the Hessian Broadcasting Corporation in Frankfurt am Main from 1947.
