Bronner, Ferdinand (pseudonym: Franz Adamus), b. Oświecim, Poland (then Auschwitz), Oct. 15, 1867, d. Bad Ischl (Upper Austria), June 8, 1948, writer, dramatist, father of Arnolt Bronnen , one of the first to stage plays dealing with the lives of workers.


Works: Dramas: Jahrhundertwende (trilogy), 1899, 1902, 1905; Vaterland, 1910. - Novel: Kinder des Volkes, 1929.
