Boroëvić von Bojna, Svetozar, b. Umeti ć (Croatia), Dec. 13, 1856, d. Klagenfurt (Carinthia), May 23, 1920, field marshal during World War I. After the liberation of Przemýsl military and administrative commander at the Italian front; successfully led 12 battles at the Isonzo, wanted to occupy Vienna in 1918 to preserve the Austrian monarchy.
