BetriebsversammlungEmployees' Meeting, involves the whole workforce of a company and has to take place at least once in each calendar half-year. The agenda of employees' meetings comprises the discussion of the report of the Works Council and the auditors' report, the appointment of the electoral committee for the election of the works council and auditors, and the dismissal of the works council, electoral committee and the auditors.
