AustromirAustromir, 1st manned Austrian space mission in which Franz Viehböck spent one week on the Russian space station MIR. Liftoff was on October 2, 1991 in Kazakhstan, landing on October 10, 1991 in the same place. 15 different scientific experiments were conducted in the fields of space medicine, physics and space technology.
