Austria Technologie & Systemtechnik AG, AT & SAustria Technologie & Systemtechnik AG, AT & S, manufacturer of circuit boards, with headquarters at Leoben and subsidiaries at Fehring and Fohnsdorf (all in Styria) and at Nanjangud, India; its three plants in Austria formerly belonged to different companies (the plant at Fehring was operated by Körting Elektronik GmbH & Co. KG from 1973, the Fohnsdorf plant belonged to Eumig company from 1978, and the Leroben-Hinterberg facility was operated by VOEST-Alpine in cooperation with IBM Sindelfingen, Germany) and were merged in 1990 to form the E + E Leiterplatten Holding, which was privatised and taken over by the Androsch-Dörflinger-Zoidl group in 1994. Sales in 1997/98: ATS 2.1 billion; number of staff: 1600; export ratio: 90% (predominantly to EU countries, USA and Asia).
